LUX MED

The construction of the new LUX MED headquarters in Warsaw's Lakeside complex is a project of exceptional scale – a space of approximately 13,000 m² has been created on six floors, combining a functional work environment with solutions supporting employee well-being and comfort.

The office layout is based on small open-plan spaces, numerous meeting rooms, and areas for quiet and creative work. Other important elements include extensive social rooms, a large coworking area accessible to employees on all floors, and a specially designed well-being room with up-and-down desks, walking pads, and a stretching area. The office also features a light therapy room.

The project was preceded by an employee needs analysis, which allowed for the space's layout and functions to be tailored to the team's workflow. The design utilized solutions inspired by nature and LUX MED's activities, and the project was implemented in accordance with ESG, less waste, and well-being principles.

The scale of the project required meticulous coordination of work carried out simultaneously on all six floors. At its peak, approximately 170 people were working on the project. The project included the installation of approximately 100 km of IT networks, 1,000 m² of glass walls and glazing, 200 door panels, and 5,500 m² of so-called hidden ceiling.

The project was implemented using the DESIGN & BUILD formula, including detailed designs and a comprehensive fit-out.
