KATARZYNA NIEWIEJSKA

Katarzyna graduated from the Military University of Technology in Warsaw with a degree in construction engineering and completed postgraduate studies in interior design and managerial studies for developers at the Warsaw School of Economics. She has been working in the construction industry for over a decade, gaining experience as an engineer, consultant, and project coordinator, and later as a specialist in tenant changes and defects. This provides her with a thorough understanding of both the technical aspects of investments and the needs of future users. For her, comprehensive project management involves not only coordinating schedules and managing documentation; it also involves supporting the investor in making key decisions. Katarzyna strives for the end result to be not only beautiful but, above all, profitable from a business perspective, in line with her values: creativity, professionalism, and flexibility.
