ALEKSANDRA SOBOLEWSKA-GRYGIEL

Aleksandra graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the Lublin University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. She continually develops her skills and broadens her knowledge, viewing learning as an important part of her professional development. She has been involved in the fit-out industry for over two years. Previously, she gained experience in the construction of large-scale buildings. Since January 2026, she has been responsible for project management at Neo-Świat, from preparation and collaboration with the client, through project coordination, to project execution in line with expectations. In her work, she prioritizes good organization, partnership, and a positive attitude. Above all, she values teamwork, which allows her to efficiently implement even the most demanding projects.
