DAWID ZUGAJ

Dawid is responsible for the most complex projects, managing them from the initial concept to the handover of the completed project to the investor. He has completed large-scale and highly reputable projects. He led the redevelopment of a shopping mall, which also included the structural reconstruction of part of the building. He was responsible for the fit-out of the Focus Hotel, a project that gave him extensive experience in both construction and working with existing, functioning structures. Each of these projects combined scale, time pressure, and high quality requirements, teaching him that a well-executed investment is the sum of hundreds of carefully considered details. He thrives where the stakes and complexity are highest. He is someone who can lead a large team and maintain direction even in demanding projects. Dawid's greatest satisfaction comes when an ambitious, complex project is completed and delivered to a satisfied investor.
