Zuzanna manages projects, coordinating ongoing activities and maintaining direct contact with the client. She monitors schedules and budgets, reports risks before they become problems, and makes decisions on the fly – within her remit, but without waiting for the green light. She is responsible for deadlines and the financial outcome, and therefore has a real impact on the project's final appearance.
