ANNA BELLOPEDE

Anna graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Krakow University of Technology, majoring in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Building and Engineering Structures. She has been involved in the construction industry for over 12 years. She gained experience working for consulting firms and general contractors, as well as managing projects as a project supervisor. She has implemented projects from shell to completion, as well as fit-out projects. She participates in every stage of the process – from project preparation and concept, through implementation and supervision, to final acceptance. At Neo-Świat, she is responsible for comprehensive project management – from organizational, financial, timely, and quality aspects. She coordinates the work of the team and participants in the investment process, oversees the schedule, budget, quality, and project risks, and is also responsible for efficient communication with the client, as well as the acceptance and closure of the project. Since 2019, she has been developing her own business within Idea Design Group Anna Bellopede, implementing and supporting projects in the areas of investment management, project management, project monitoring, due diligence, and technical consulting. She combines practical technical knowledge with experience in project management, risk analysis, and investment monitoring. Her extensive experience in executive, advisory, and investor roles allows her to approach projects from diverse perspectives and effectively align client needs with the investment process. She believes that a well-managed project is not only about schedule, budget, and documentation, but also about people, communication, and the ability to make the right decisions at the right time. In her work, she prioritizes relationships built on trust and uncompromising quality—believing that these values are the foundation of well-managed projects and long-term collaboration.
