Skanska Apartments

The model apartment in the NU2 development at 9 Kolejowa Street in Warsaw, developed by Skanska Residential Development Poland, is an example of a functional interior in a small space of 28 m². The space was designed as one of three apartment variants to be developed in the next phase of the project.

The model apartment was designed in the "Vistula" style, inspired by the Vistula landscape. Light shades of beige are combined with black accents, cinnamon-colored wooden flooring, and wallpapers reminiscent of the Vistula's beaches. Decorative 3D tiles, mirrors, and carefully selected furnishings complete the overall look.

Neo-Świat was responsible for comprehensive renovation and finishing work, including wall preparation and finishing, installation of flooring, wallpaper, built-in furniture, kitchen and bathroom fittings, and electronics.

The challenge of the project was the apartment's small size and 3.6-meter ceiling height, which required efficient organization of work and material delivery. Materials from Poland and imported from various European countries were used in the project.
