About the position

DESCRIPTION
POSITIONS

Position for a person who will lead several fit-out projects simultaneously and a team of project managers.

Your scope of responsibilities:

  • supervision and coordination of the preparation and implementation of multiple investments simultaneously in terms of fit-out implementation,
  • managing a team of project managers and construction managers, including their development and mentoring,
  • building, nurturing and developing long-term relationships with clients and business partners,
  • responsibility for the financial result of contracts conducted,
  • preparation and verification of estimates and schedules at the bidding and implementation stages,
  • negotiating contracts with clients, investors and subcontractors,
  • coordinating activities on multiple construction sites simultaneously and resolving crisis situations,
  • exercising control over the entire investment process – from bidding to final acceptance,
  • reporting results and contract status to the Management Board,
  • participation in business development – acquiring new clients and projects,
  • implementing and enforcing company standards (quality, documentation, processes) in the teams managed.

What do we expect

REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical education – architecture or construction

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the fit-out or construction industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial or directorial position

  • Proven experience in managing a team of several or more people

  • Experience in managing several parallel, high-budget projects

  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop a team

  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills at the strategic level - client, investor, management

  • Knowledge of the technology of work execution and the investment process from A to Z

  • Ability to read technical documentation, schedule and bid for large-scale work

  • Ability to manage a budget and be responsible for the financial result

  • Knowledge of English at a level that allows for free business communication

  • Stress resistance and the ability to make decisions under time pressure
