We handle all matters relating to personal data at the addresses above.<\/p>\n<h2>2. What data do we collect, for what purpose and on what basis?<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1. Contact form and correspondence<\/h3>\n<p>When you write to us via the form on the website, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide: name and surname, email address, optional company name and telephone number, and the content of the message.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Objective:<\/strong> response to enquiries, preparation of quotes, correspondence.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR \u2013 taking action at your request before concluding a contract; and in the scope of correspondence not aimed at concluding a contract \u2013 Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest in providing answers to persons who contact us.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Storage period:<\/strong> for the duration of correspondence, and then up to 3 years from the last contact - this is the period corresponding to the limitation period for claims related to business activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.2. Recruitment<\/h3>\n<p>If you send us your CV \u2013 in response to an advertisement or spontaneously \u2013 we process the data contained in the documents you send.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Objective:<\/strong> conducting the recruitment process for the position for which the application is submitted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in conjunction with Article 22<sup>1<\/sup> The Labour Code \u2013 in terms of data that we may request under labour law provisions; Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR (your consent) \u2013 in terms of data provided voluntarily, going beyond the statutory catalogue, including your image in a CV photo; Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR \u2013 when the recruitment concerns cooperation under a civil law contract.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Storage period:<\/strong> until the recruitment process for a given position is completed. If you provide separate consent to participate in future recruitment processes, your consent will remain valid for 12 months from the date of consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please do not submit any special categories of data (e.g., health, beliefs, trade union membership). If such data is included in the documents, we will assume that you provided it at your initiative and will delete it unless it is necessary for the process.<\/p>\n<h3>2.3. Technical data and server logs<\/h3>\n<p>Our server \u2013 like any internet server \u2013 records in its logs the IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the page visited, the type of browser and operating system, and the address of the page from which the access was made.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Objective:<\/strong> ensuring website security, fault diagnostics, detection of abuses and attacks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR \u2013 our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and efficiency of the website.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Storage period:<\/strong> up to 12 months, unless the logs constitute evidence in a security breach case \u2013 then until the case is concluded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.4. Cookies and similar technologies<\/h3>\n<p>Details are described in <a href=\"#cookies\">section 8<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Is providing data mandatory?<\/h2>\n<p>Providing your data is voluntary, but without some of them we will not be able to provide the service:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>without an e-mail address we will not respond to the inquiry from the form,<\/li>\n<li>Without the data included in your CV, we will not consider your recruitment application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Providing your phone number and company name in the form is completely voluntary \u2013 it facilitates contact, but is not a condition for a response.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Who do we transfer data to?<\/h2>\n<p>Your data may be made available to the following categories of recipients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>hosting and infrastructure providers<\/strong> \u2014 the entity maintaining the server on which the website runs and the provider of CDN and attack protection services (Cloudflare, Inc.);<\/li>\n<li><strong>email provider<\/strong> \u2014 in the scope of correspondence conducted by e-mail;<\/li>\n<li><strong>providers of analytical tools and embedded content<\/strong> \u2014 Google Ireland Limited and its affiliates, to the extent described in <a href=\"#narzedzia\">section 9<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>external advisors and service providers<\/strong> \u2014 law firms, accounting offices, IT companies \u2014 to the extent necessary to provide us with the services we provide;<\/li>\n<li><strong>public authorities<\/strong> \u2014 only when the obligation to transfer results from legal provisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We conclude personal data processing agreements with entities that process data on our behalf, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We do not sell your data<\/strong> and we do not share them with third parties for marketing purposes.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area<\/h2>\n<p>Some of the tools we use are provided by entities based in the United States (including Google and Cloudflare). This means that data may be transferred outside the EEA.<\/p>\n<p>The transfer is carried out on the basis of <strong>European Commission Implementing Decision of 10 July 2023 establishing an adequate level of protection of personal data within the Data Privacy Framework (DPF)<\/strong> \u2014 to the extent that the supplier is a participant in this program \u2014 and additionally on the basis of <strong>standard contractual clauses<\/strong> approved by the European Commission (Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR).<\/p>\n<p>You have the right to obtain a copy of the safeguards applied to such transfer from us by writing to the address set out in Section 1.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Profiling and automated decision-making<\/h2>\n<p>We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.<\/p>\n<p>If you consent to analytical cookies, statistical tools may group visitors by characteristics such as country, device type, or visitor source. We do this solely in the form of aggregate statistics and do not link this information to data that identifies you.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"cookies\">8. Cookies<\/h2>\n<p>Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use them to ensure the website functions properly and\u2014with your consent\u2014to understand how it is used.<\/p>\n<h3>8.1. They help us understand what needs to be improved. They include Google Analytics.<\/td>\n<td>Your consent \u2013 Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Article 173 of the Telecommunications Law.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Marketing<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>They enable the display of content tailored to your interests and the measurement of the effectiveness of promotional activities.<\/td>\n<td>Your consent \u2013 Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Article 173 of the Telecommunications Law.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Functional<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>They remember your preferences and settings and enable the functionality of content embedded from external websites \u2013 Google maps on the contact page and video players.<\/td>\n<td>Your consent \u2013 Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Article 173 of the Telecommunications Law.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>The consent banner shows exactly these four categories. The required ones are always active, while the remaining three can be enabled or disabled manually.<\/p>\n<h3>8.2. How to manage consent<\/h3>\n<p>On your first visit, we show you a banner where you can accept or reject individual categories. <strong>Rejection is as easy as acceptance<\/strong> \u2014 we do not hide this option.<\/p>\n<p>You can change your selection at any time by clicking the link <strong>\u201e&quot;Cookie settings&quot;\u201d<\/strong> in the footer of the website.<\/p>\n<p>You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. External tools<\/h2>\n<p>Below we describe the third-party services we use or intend to use on this website. <strong>We only run all tools that require consent after obtaining it.<\/strong> \u2014 until then they do not connect to the provider&#039;s servers.<\/p>\n<h3>9.1. Google Analytics<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Supplier:<\/strong> Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.<\/p>\n<p>A tool for analyzing visitor statistics. It allows us to see how many people visit the website, which pages they come from, and which content is useful. Google Analytics stores cookies and may process a shortened IP address, device ID, browser information, and information about the subpages visited.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Base:<\/strong> Your consent to analytical cookies. Loading the map connects you to Google servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. If you&#039;re logged in to your Google account, your data may be assigned to that account.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Base:<\/strong> Your consent to functional cookies. Until you grant it, you see a placeholder preview of the map, and your browser does not connect to Google servers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alternative:<\/strong> We also provide the office address in plain text, so you don&#039;t have to use a map to find us.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conditions:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Google&#039;s privacy policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>9.3. YouTube Videos<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Supplier:<\/strong> Google Ireland Limited.<\/p>\n<p>In the Media section we publish video materials embedded from YouTube. <strong>Videos do not load automatically.<\/strong> Instead of a player, we show a thumbnail and ask for your consent \u2013 only granting it initiates a connection to Google servers.<\/p>\n<p>We use enhanced privacy protection mode (<code>youtube-nocookie.com<\/code>), in which YouTube does not save cookies until playback begins. Google reCAPTCHA<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Supplier:<\/strong> Google Ireland Limited.<\/p>\n<p>Forms on the website may be protected by the reCAPTCHA mechanism, which distinguishes humans from machines and protects us from spam. Google Reviews<\/h3>\n<p>On our website, we may present reviews about our company retrieved from your Google profile. We collect them server-side\u2014your browser does not connect to Google for this purpose, and we do not provide Google with any information about you.<\/p>\n<h3>9.7. Social Media<\/h3>\n<p>In the footer, we include standard links to our social media profiles. These are: <strong>static links, not plugins<\/strong> \u2014 they don&#039;t load any scripts or transmit any data unless you click on them. Once you&#039;ve logged in, the privacy policy of the website in question applies.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Data security<\/h2>\n<p>We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, in particular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>encrypting the connection to the website with an SSL\/TLS certificate,<\/li>\n<li>limiting access to data only to those who need it,<\/li>\n<li>obligation of persons having access to data to maintain confidentiality,<\/li>\n<li>regular software updates and backups,<\/li>\n<li>protection against automated attacks and unauthorized access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>11.
